Refund values are calculated based on the conversion rate of 1 Haven = €0.10 (or 10 Havens = €1).
Web Game Haven adds a Player-versus-Player feature that allows users to join or create tournaments against other players. All PvP activities can be found in the “Tournaments” section of the website. To join an existing tournament with an entry fee set by its creator, you must have sufficient Havens in your balance and click the play icon. Players may also create their own tournaments by selecting the “CREATE PVP” button in the “Tournaments” section. When creating a tournament, you must choose the game, set the start and end dates, and define the entry fee. Please note that the maximum entry fee for any tournament is 30,000 Havens (equivalent to 3,000 EUR), and your account balance must be equal to or greater than the chosen entry fee. Earned Havens can be used for paid platform features such as playing premium games, purchasing avatars, or joining and creating tournaments. However, users should be aware that Web Game Haven is strictly an entertainment platform. Havens cannot be withdrawn or converted into real money and may only be used within the platform to access its paid features.
